I was born and raised on a small farm in Northern California's Sacramento Valley. Outdoor cooking was as normal as the hunting and fishing the area offered. I can t remember when I first started to cook, but I've always enjoyed it. Cooking at the fire station back in the 1970's planted the suggestion that some how I would bring my marinade to the public. I owned and operated a meat market in the mid-80's, and had the opportunity to use my marinade extensively. Having many customers tell me how wonderful it was really clinched the idea. After close to 10 years of planning, my ORIGINAL marinade came on the market in 1991.

Now, you can get my 6 Classic California Wine Marinades throughout the country at selected locations. And, thanks to the Internet, you can get them directly from me. I still love to cook, and never tire of creating new dishes using my marinades. Be sure to check my recipe page periodically for some of my favorites.
